uns R150 disappointment

so i received my r150 on tuesday and opened up the two boxes that were intact upon arrival not even a scuff mark anywhere. open up the crate and brought the stand in with the help of my boys. the tank was another issue to move. ended up going to home depot and rented a 12ft material lift. it made life so much easier. levels the stand easy peasy. lifted the tank to the stand slid it on and noticed the tank on the right rear side is off by a 1/4”. and the dry side panel doesn’t sit flat against the stand it pops out a little. i push it in and after a few minutes it pops out again. my first tank was a hand me down. the second one i never got to set up due to life issues and now i figured i’d gift myself something nice. is this something that i should just let go? i mean i did just drop a hefty coin on this tank. and i was originally going for the r120 but its out of stock.

I would get in contact with UNS. If that is not how the tank is supposed to be, I would ask for them to replace the tank. (I do not own the tank or have experience with UNS so I don't know if these are issues or not).

You need to adjust the feet so that the system has balanced and level support. Once you do this, the stand will be square. The doors will sit flush and the tank will align with the stand.

It's better to do this before you set the tank on to the stand, and then check again for small adjustments after the tank is in position.

Check the feet.

Do you have anything to check the square of the tank?

Pull out a measuring tape, measure the dimensions of the stand top, and the tank; they should be dead-square.

If they are bang-on, this is a setup issue… if they are not, this is a manufacturing error!

did the 3 4 5 method to check the corner of the stand. turns out it’s not square it’s off. will be reaching out to uns.
