So Randy, I am thinking that by sitting and being exposed to air it has lost its high PH value but other than that it would work the same right? Has it lost its KH? The calcium would still be there.

Limewater will turn to almost useless limestone (calcium carbonate) on exposure to air.

So just one more question, how come some online stores claim that there product is pure but when I mix it 50% does not mix?

What are you referring to? Maybe you just did not add enough water, or allowed too much air in when mixing.

There will be some calcium carbonate forming and settling. You can judge the potency by conductivity if you can read on the order of 5-11 mS/cm. :)
