So I swapped my 60 cube for a standard 60 because I wanted more length. I used all the same rock accept for one piece and I went with an entirely new sanded. I transferred about 50% of the water from my old tank to the new one and all of my equipment including a fully grown out ARID chaeto reactor. I figured this would be enough to fight off a cycle but after a few days I'm starting to see Diatoms... My sps are not looking good either. Anyone think I'll go through a full cycle or maybe this will be just a quick Diatoms outbreak ??

Moving and restacking rocks can cause some trapped silicates to be released. Also your new sand may contain some silicates.
This is kind of normal and does not restart the nitrogen cycle. You may however, be going through a mini cycle. You may want to slightly reduce feeding and test for ammonia and nitrite.

Check the ph. I had a similar issue with my transfer.
For the diatoms try gfo. Go slow as to not strip the water to quickly. I'd def add activated carbon.
