upgrading a garbage chiller

I was given this chiller awhile back (JBJ arctica 1/10 HP); after tinkering around with it I found that the fan coil was fried and the compressor had a dead short to ground. Ripped out the condenser and evaporator. The controller works but is garbage. This unit is very poorly designed; I think I can do a better job. Will continue to post as a I make progress.
