UPS hub in San Pablo, CA

Lately I've been ordering a lot of things for my builds that come from vendors all across the country. And for some unknown reasons every time one of my packages comes through this hub it gets delayed. This is like the 4th time. A google search brings up numerous complaints and bad reviews on this hub going back years. So what is it about this hub that causes so many screw ups and why hasn't UPS tried to improve it?

ya they are terrible i live up in nor cal and just like 2 weeks ago i ordered a apex and it sat at this facility for 5 days no updates or anything i thought for sure they stole it but ended up showing up only a week late

Wasn't there a time that they had two pay scales for their drivers, A) drivers made pretty good money, B) drivers did not, so the B drivers tried harder so they could get a raise. Have they changed the pay structure, it seems that there are a lot of bad employees working there and Fed Ex as well. We have a mouse working at our local Amazon center, most of my packages all come with a hole in the side of the box.

I had issues last week with the protest/riots, but otherwise everything has been fine.

Every day I come into this not to mention fight everybody on the road and then hear people complain about their packages so before you decide to say UPS sucks try driving the truck and making everybody happy. This isn't the cartoons and it's not Acme I guess you guys just think you click it and it shows up a second later sorry if I'm touching a nerve.

Feel you brother. Thanks for bustin your butt every day to bring us our crap we should probably not be buying right now. I have been there, it sucks and it used to give me real bad Anxiety every morning. Made good scratch but in the end it was not worth it. 80+ hour weeks doing actual work suuuuuucks. Now I run a locksmith and desperately need stock and customer orders quickly and really appreciate all that y’all do. I really dislike the whole “hero” Mantra now a days but without a doubt we would all be screwed with you guys. Most people have no idea what you do. Keep on brother

Thanks...29 years of it and every year they pile more on us. I wish people would remember every time we took care of them and they got their stuff on time instead of just remembering the times they didn't get their stuff I think patience has gone out the window people wanting it now and nothing else will satisfy them

More like they gave me a date when its suppose to be delivered and nothing is said for a week almost as if the package was lost and I don't think anyone is blaming the drivers but the management specially at this location has to be terrible to have that many bad reviews
