UPS tracking

The tracking info for my divers den order says it out for delivery by end of day. Why is it end of day? I though next day air packages were supposed to be delivered by 10:30am. Does anyone know? So frustrating

I’m in the same boat. Showing end of day as well. Frustrating as the ups truck was 2 streets over about an hour ago according to the live tracking.

Mine finally arrived at 3pm, everyone was alive. Hope yours were too!

Regular overnight just means for the next day. Depending on where you are there may also be 10:30 or even 9:00 options but they are much more expensive as well.

Mine didn't come until 4:30...according to the live tracker the UPS driver literally drove 3 circles around my house delivering packages (over several hours) before delivering to me. Everything was alive but the purple firefish I got from DD had a very large visible parasitic worm on its body. No way anyone could have missed it, I'm so sick of this company. I know I've said it before but I'm really done with them this time.

Every single overnight order I have ever ordered from LA or another vendor has always stated by 10:30 delivery. This time was different for some reason. No warning from LA or UPS that anything had changed.
