UPS...

Apologies as this is another UPS venting thread but I'm beyond frustrated and think I won't be ordering from Liveaquaria anymore because they stubbornly stick to UPS...

I've had this happen with multiple packages, including from Amazon, but I don't care as much about dry goods getting lost or delayed. In a few cases I have been debating whether I should file a police report as I'm seeing a pattern of what seems to be dishonesty...

I ordered 2 diver's den fish. A powder blue tang and a bellus angel, stayed at home so I get the fish acclimated asap, only to have UPS deliver to a wrong address.

To make things even worse, they claim it was delivered to my neighbor's apartment. Not only is the neighbor not home, but UPS never showed up to my building - the doorman would usually get the package. I even checked the cameras and of course no sign of UPS at the supposed delivery time. It's ~90 outside with 70% humidity, feels like 95, I don't have much hope for the fish unless by some miracle they deliver in the next 2-3hrs - which is highly unlikely.

I called UPS but of course got the generic "we'll look into it." Sorry for venting and thanks...

I will never ship with UPS and it bothers me when others/ vendors do. Never had an issue with FedEx yet. I need to find some wood to knock on...
