Upset Acans and Scoly

Hey guys. For past 3 months my Acans and Scoly are looking rough. rather recessed.
I test phosphate and Alk every day with hannah. my alk is always swinging slightly between 9.0-9.4 but always in that range. My phoshpates swing too, from 0.04-0.1. could that be a problem? its not huge swings but i struggle to keep a number of 0.06.
For context, my ACRO's and torches and even my goniopora are doing well. its just the 4 acros and scoly doing bad.

Here is my ICP attached i have sent in 3 in 2 months. i also tried moving them and i turned my ecotech from 72% down to 50% but that didnt seem to make a difference.

How long have you had these corals? I would say its unlikely the parameters. IME they dislike too much flow. They also dislike being touched by algae IME, maybe check the skeletons to see if anything is growing?

Perhaps a couple of pics might generate more idea's from others?

Here is a pic of my acans when they were fluffy, and my scoly was big and extra fluffy. see arrows.

and below you can see my scoly super recessed and skeletons on side. last night i put him more under the shade just in case flow or light was too much, that should reduce it alot. i dont know what else it could be. you can see the acans dont look even remotely fluffly like they used too. the acans are sitting in lowish flow and around 130 par during peak time. around 90 in non peak hours
