Hey all,
Newby here... just curious if I can use my apex with the kamoer 2liter container? The container comes with a float. I tried plugging in the float to my FMM but did t see anything come up in the web interface.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get the float to work with the apex controller?

thanks everyone!

Im not sure if it can be plugged directly into FMM. I think someone on the apex forum said you could-- you would manually set that port as a leak detector, and code using that.

Otherwise, you could cut the cord and use it with an apex breakout box

So, if i plug it into a breakout box, would it be able to read the level similar to the trident waste container level?

Thanks,
James

Plugged into an apex breakout, it would read whether it was “open” (in air) or “closed” (submerged).

The trident just counts up the amount of waste to hit your programmed volume, and stops. No switches involved
