Have you check the Facebook Marketplace in your area? I've herd a lot of good deals to be found there, though I'm not a Facebook user.

Also, I'd advise that you do some research on the RedSea tanks specifically. They have a nasty habit of failing catastrophically, causing damage to people's homes and loss of livestock. Personally, I wouldn't want a RedSea tank if it was given to me.
