Can anyone tell me if this power outlet is factory. Purchased a used device and it will not power up . The power cord looks like it's replaced ....

Thank you friend having issues getting it to work was thinking HaD to be power issue but unsure

If you have a multimeter you can test your power adaptor and see if it's putting out voltage, that will at least rule out the plug
