Using a JBJ Picotope as a zoa prop

I am wondering what you guys think about me turning a 3 gallon Picotope as a small zoanthid/paly prop tank? I currently have a 20gallon set up as a prop but it is more of an sps tank. The picotope has a 9 watt 50/50 bulb, but I do believe I can upgrade it via a DIY.

Yeah I got it for free.. I wanted to get up a just zoa and paly tank. But a prop would essentially be the same.

It is made for Saltwater, here is the link http://jbjlighting.com/sys_pico.html You dont think that 32watts wouldnt be overkilled? The way it would be set up it would have about 100x turnover in flow.
