Using Just RO Water?

If I just use RO water and seachem prime is that enough for a Reef tank? If using RO, water It can also be drunk at house. I live in Tampa Bay Area and Hillsborough county water is 300 TDS

The only way to answer that is to have the RO water tested to see what is allows to pass the membrane.

Every municipality is different and can't have a blanket answer.
