Unfortunately it's unlikely that a UV will solve your ich problem but if you had to buy one then I would suggest the aqua uv advantage model since it doesn't leach antimony like the greenkillingmachine one does

I’m assuming leaching antimony is bad? No clue what that is lol never had uv before.
 
Elevated amounts cause issues with lps and leathers in my experience. Likely affects sps as well.
