Hi all,

I'm UK based, and I've got a Waterbox Peninsula Mini 25.
I have filter floss in chamber 1, Media and a tunze 9001 skimmer in chamber 2, and then the return pump, heater and Red Sea ATO+ sensor and tubing in chamber 3.

I'm looking at adding a UV setup to the tank, and whilst I've done some googling and a number of UV units have been suggested for this tank and other nano AIOs, being in the UK seems to limit the actual options greatly.

Does anyone in the UK have any direct experience with running UV in a nano AIO that's very tight on space?

Thanks!

I am not UK based but I do occasionally run an UV on all three of my Nanos AIO. IMO you don't need to run them continuously, but it is a great tool to have when you need it. I have purchased Nano AIO designed UV from Hygger and IM. For placement I put in the return pump chamber, or remove the mechanical filtration from an overflow/gate and place the UV there as needed.

That sounds promising, thank you!
I don't suppose you know the models of the hygger and IM you're using by any chance?

My water looks a tad green. I've tried carbon, purigen to not much success so hoping to give UV a try.

Thanks again.
