Just wanted to see what percent of folks have a high output UV system for their tank? If so. Is it working out for you? How often do you guys run in? On all the time or just part of the day or only as needed. Thanks

I’ve never used one. I’m not sold on what the benefits are. My 4 tanks are running very well without.

I have one. Got it as part of a tank tear down so the cost was very good. As for benefits, I can’t really say as ive always had it. I run it about 6 hours a night.

Some say it clears their water. I never. Priced a big jump:in clarity. What provided me that “fish floating in space” clarity was running ozone.

I always have one and they run 24X7. Helped with a Dino outbreak many years ago.....never stopped using them since.
