[VA,RICHMOND] Looking for a professional to set up a fully working sump reef tank

I already have 65gallon with stands. Looking a professional whos capable of setting up a fully working sump system tank. U also gotta know how to drill, install overflow and connect all pipes together. We could negotiate the price.

Are you 100% the tank can be drilled? I ask because of the risk involved of possibly cracking the tank. Plumbing itself is fairly easy. I'm up in Stafford VA and could possibly help.

I have 65 gallon aqueon and its only tempered on bottom so it should be ok to drill.
