We’re part way through a vacation that spans Atlanta, Orlando, and Nashville and thought this forum may enjoy a few pictures of the Georgia Aquarium. Highly recommend the $15 for the behind the scenes tour.

It’s been good so far. Also made a stop at @WWC while in Orlando. But we were driving and not done with the trip so couldn’t bring anything home with me. Wanted a torch, a chalice, and a copperband for starters. Too bad I live in IL.

Awesome pics! Our local reef group made a trip down to the Georgia Aquarium last month! That behind the scenes tour is definitely worth it.

Used to live close by the aquarium and have been a few times. It impresses every time you go.

Those pictures turned out great! I went to the Georgia Aquarium last Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed it. My wife was ticked at how much time I spent looking at the reef lol. I also slowed the behind the scenes tour down a little bit watching that Achilles tang in the lagoon.

I almost asked if they could just ship the stuff to me next week after we get home but they were pretty busy with other customers and do they even ship fish?

They had a few morish idols in the lagoon I kept looking at. You can kind of see one in the pictures above. Wish I had a better camera. There were also loads of baby Banggai hiding in the spines of the long spine urchins that I couldn’t capture in the pictures from my phone.

Yup. I’ve had corals shipped from them a couple times. Thought it would be nice to pick them out in person.
