Valentino puffer going up and down

Hi. My valentini puffer started act like this today. Swim up to the surface and down. I didn’t see it doing this before. When I fed them it ate like usual, pooped the whole cloud and came back to circling. Nothing changed in tank. Here is video.

There's a possibility that it can see its own reflection in the glass. putting something up to obscure it would be my first move.

He is glass surfing. 100% normal for puffers to do to keep themselves occupied. Some get used to and some don’t. The only solution I have is to cover as many sides as possible or with a blanket or towel when not looking at your tank and leave the lights off/down as much as possible so he can’t see/chase his reflection. This can cause them to get open sores on their face which can get infected and isn’t good. How long have a you had him?
