Vectra m1 dead?

My m1 just shut off and is not functioning at all I unplugged it and when I try to plug the power to the controller a light ,light red light wants to come on ..any advice please let me know..is it toast ?
Is it my power cord , my controller? My pump

google how to do a hard reset, and keep the cord to powerhead unplugged until you get it figured out.
