I have a vectra M1 return pump. Out of the blue the pump is shutting down then restarting every 5 to 6 seconds. No errors spotted on the drive unit either. The power block was extremely hot if that helps.

Looking for suggestions.

Is there something that's been sucked up into the pump? Doesn't take much.

There's a very good chance that it's a bad power brick... that's exactly what happened with mine.

Checked the intake of the pump all clear. The power brick was extremely hot when the event occurred. Later on once it cooled down tried the pump again and now have a red color on the the quiet drive controller.

I figured I would have received some direction from them. Obviously not.

Looks like a pretty clear instructions.
They want proof that it would be a warranty claim.
They aren't going to just start shipping parts to someone with out some sort of verification.

That's why it's best to just call them.
