Vectra M2

Came home today and my Vectra M2 pump was not running. It’s like it tries to kick on and then goes through this series of flashing, then back to green. It say “off” in the mobius app. I have reset and still nothing. Taken apart and cleaned. I’ve had it has a backup, new in box for several years. It’s only been running for about a month. Any thoughts other than these might be the most expensive, least reliable pumps out there?

If it’s new or still within warranty period, reach out to ecotech support. They have been great to me, and quick to send out replacements.

Even if it’s not under warranty, reach out. They will service and fix your pump for a very reasonable price if it needs fixing.

That’s the annoying part. It’s been sitting in a box for a few years. Maybe they can see when I first hooked it up to mobius and will use that as the warranty period

That looks similar to what my mp10 did when a snail decided to jam up the pump. I'm assuming most of the controller and errors are the same or similar between the mp and vectra pumps. I know you said you already took it apart and cleaned it but maybe double check to make sure everything is spinning freely inside?

I did and it is. Got it running again. Swapped it out with another pump. Worked for a few minutes. Now it’s kicking on and off randomly. Controller looks fine and isn’t changing, but it’s not working and it says off in mobius
