Vermetid snails madness

I have insane amount of vermetid snails of my 2 years old tank, i was actually inspecting the tank today, and under every acan i have that some are dying, theres vermetid houses, i remember when i started to see a year go vermetid snails, i stocked on bumble bee snails, but it doesnt seem to do anything. In every corner of my rock, theres one, thats insanity. Is there any solutions out there?

I hate those things!

I have not heard of any way to eliminate them completely from a tank. I had the same problem but was forced to drain and restart so I am hoping to keep them out. Quarantine to the extreme and inspect everything is all I can do.

Manually crushing as many as possible and stocking a ton of bumblebee snails is the best I have heard so far. Avoid feeding broadcast style coral food. I also saw a suggestion to try “coral snow” (a search will bring up threads that explain it more).

Unfortunately, this is a notoriously difficult pest to get rid of. Even in this article Than from Tidal Gardens talks about "controlling" them, not so much getting rid of them. This may be of some help here:
