I noticed these little white, worm like things sticking out of the live rock tonight in several places. I also noticed what I think is a mucus net. I can’t find any pictures that look similar to confirm vermetid snails or not. Looking for help with confirmation. I am only seeing these sticking out of the holes on the live rock. I am not seeing any on coral.

Maybe, but here's some vermitd snail pics. It's the tubes sticking out. Pic 1

Pic two is in the sump and it's cool cause you can see inside the shell/tube.

pic 3 is if you ever wondered what a feather duster worm looks like inside its shell.

Can't get bumble bee snails yet so yeah they kinda rule the tank...and the white tentacle are spaghetti worms got lots of them too.

That doesn’t look like the mucus nets I see in my tank but that doesn’t mean they are not. The nets I see are more like cob webs. Very hard to see in pictures but just as another reference here is a snail in my tank that is covered in them

Looked at your pics again. Agree might be a digitate hydroid. Had those too.! Lol. Also could be some other type of worm.

The mucus net is more or less invisible. Only the stuff trapped in it really shows it. And it's more or less a string vs a net unless of course you have multiple (which you will) and they intersect and entwine.

These strings can be long I've seen some going on 3inches. Can't say they bother the corals, but are somewhat unsightly; if I could reduce, not eliminate them then they can stay in as part of cuc.
