Very Weird Tang Behavior

Hey all. Just got this tang a week ago. He has been eating every day, a little timid of people at the glass, but other than that very good. Today I came down to feed the fish, and he is swimming like this. Any ideas? Should I be worried?

If the tank is large enough for him he's just glass surfing and probably flirting with himself. Completely normal for juveniles of all species.

Turning on a light, outside the tank, might help..

4 ft 75. I know that’s really questionable, but my lfs has stopped me from getting fish they knew would not be a good choice, so I trust them when they told me I should be good to get this.

All you can do is keep an eye on him. If that's all he does and doesn't take breaks or use the rest of the tank he might be agitated. My lo did the same thing periodically while growing up then one day just stopped. Probably a bad example as she's currently on nori and zoloft but you get my drift.

Just a little update. Tang seems a lot more comfortable now, swimming around a lot, not very timid of me anymore, eating like a pig, etc. Thanks for your help!
