Okay so the project is finally coming to an end and I will be cooking this week on it I bought a new inkbird 4 probe thermometer and I'm taking some preliminary readings now with just the propane on not the Fireside looks like a solid temperature I'm very pleased Screenshot_20210523-195100_BBQ Go.jpg Screenshot_20210523-195036_BBQ Go.jpg
