I think I know which one you're talking about. The store name is The Fish Tank, but the big sign just said Aquarium, in the plaza behind Checkers near Nova and Mason. They actually have relocated to a larger store off International near Williamson in the same plaza with Home Depot. I'd say they are the cleanest around and agree that they have a good selection. At the new store, they also started a rewards program.
