Vortech problem!!

Hello guys!

I have to vortech mp10wES pumps in my tank. They were working perfenctly untill today. This morning I noticed that one of the pump's controller had no lights on except 4 of the small leds. The pump is not working. I can't even reset it. The pumps had been recently updated and are working with ecosmartlive... Can anybody help me??

Try cleaning the wet side. Then reset it.
