I have 46 Bowfront, predominantly softies, (zoas/shrooms ETC.) a few SPS and 5 RBTA's. I'm looking to get a Vortech and my question is what size should I get? Should I get a MP40 or I was thinking 2 MP10's maybe? 1 on each end? Anyone out there have a 46 bow that's using a Vortech? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest that you get 2 of the MP10QD's.
+1, I have 2 MP-10s on my back glass pushing back to front and a XF130 side to side on a 68. MP-10s on opposing sides should give you plenty of random flow.

I have a 72 bowfront with a mp-40 two thirds down in the middle back glass to move water around the bottom of the tank. I also have 2 gyre 130's moving water on the top. I like the Mp-40's a lot. I run the mp-40 at about 35% tidal flow during the day and slow it down to 10% lagoon at night. I like

Right now I'm running a jebao RW15 and I'm not a huge fan. From the sounds of it an MP 40 may be overkill on a 46. I'm thinking 2 10's may be the way to go.
