Doubt, they are not allowed to sell SPS there and you can only have local soft coral or local zoas.

Any stony corals across the board, not just sps. Coral possession is prohibited. Even softies are a Grey area if you cam get them. And no one ships to Hawaii. Lfs pickings for anything saltwater are beyond slim. I had a small tank that I kept fish I caught in tidepools in, but besides that I just stuck to freshwater and planted tanks.

You can catch your own fish and a few false-corals (softies) with a license, but that is about it. It has been a while since I looked into it. There was a shop with some fish near Honolulu, but it just had some SW and FW fish and a lot of Koi.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
