just wanted to share a video i made today when i finaly saw my sand sifting star on the glass....plus i remembered to pull out the cammera too :D

i just put it up so it may not be able to view in hd but soon youll be able to as soon as youtube is done processing it :)

sony handy cam hdr-cx12. its a real nice high def cam that can take a 7.6mega pix wile filming in hd so you dont have a reason to miss a pic when your filming!! when not filming its a 10.2 mega pix camera

That is insanely cool!!! Was that real-time or did you speed it up? I added a sand sifting star when I was home last month but never saw it after I dropped it in. (although my wife has, so I know it's still kickin'!)

thats real time speed! that is what makes it so cool....i dont see mine every day...about every other it pops up to move to the other side of the tank. he is almost 1.5 years old now :D well in my tank that is

i feed it nothing at all...my sand bed is about 3" deep and is a suger sized sand that i got from walmart few years ago...the sand is great for horse shoe crabs too, till i had a alk swing and i never saw it again but it lived for over 9 months in the sand.
