hello fellow reefers, it’s kenny again. i’m back from the dead (sorta) with a.. problem?
today, i went to my LFS to pick up two new tanks for new builds that i’m putting together... and also to get a naso tang. now listen, a lot has changed since i was last here and YES i have room for a naso tang. i have a ton of tanks and lots of room and everything. BUT THATS NOT THE POINT.
the point is, i bought this beautiful naso tang. it was the only one in the entire store and i told the man that i wanted to naso so he bagged it up for me and got everything taken care of when i was putting the tanks into my car... however, even though this is still a great deal for such a large fish already, he charged me $80 for a BLONDE naso tang... when its tag on the tank said “naso tang... $49” so listen. the thing is, i’m pretty sure this is not a blonde naso?
i’ve done plenty of research before actually buying my naso and all but... don’t blonde’s have a yellow-orange dorsal fin and a yellow stripe ranging from the top of their head all the way to their tail? mine’s top fun it a black-blue kind of color like the generic? did i get cheated? i’ll post some photos. help me, guys.
(also, ignore my dirty glass and rocks, this particular tank is still a work in progress, i’m cleaning it and fixing it up more tomorrow)
