Watchman goby red spot under eye

Just noticed this red spot under my goby’s eye. Wasn’t there a half hour ago. Thinking maybe my emerald got a hold of em? If anyone has ever seen this plz let me know. It’s only on one side

Thank god. He’s such a baby and I was looking forward to watching him grow never had one this small
