Water change and ORP is at 443!

I’m looking into ORP , finally.

Is there any study that sums up what ORP contributes to the ecosystem ?

On a average I’m at 390’s . I did a water change and I’m peaking at 443 now. Is this typically good?

Let me know what you guys think

IMO, ORP isn't good or bad as long as it is within a reasonable range.

The old myth that higher ORP meant cleaner water is clearly not accurate (IMO). It may not even be desirable to be higher, as some trace elements may be less bioavailable . I've never seen anyone actually study the effects of different ORP on reef organisms, as opposed to using shotgun methods (e.g., ozone) that change ORP and also change lots of other things at the same time.
