Water cloudy with blue light

My water in my sps tank looks clear until it ramps up/down to the blue light. Then it has a cloudy look to it. Not real cloudy but enough to make me wonder why. Is this normal? I thought maybe organics glowing from the blue. I use AFR for my chemistry.

You might be seeing floating particulates that only really shows up under the blues. Do you have any photos you can show us, under both whites and blues so we can help you out better?
