water parameters ideal for SPS ? alk steady at 7.55...PO4 at 0.05 NO3 at 4.5 ppm

I use a calcium reactor and a kalk reactor for supplementation.. is my PO4 or NO3 too high for acropora? i used the hannah test kits for all 3 parameters.

If youre calcium and mg are staying steady too youll do fine with sps at those levels. Just make sure you have the lighting and flow down as those are even more important

I run lower. But from what I understand, your nitrate levels would be good. Phosphate is generally pegged at no higher than .03 ppm. But I have read that many people run a fair bit higher. You should be good.

My experience has been stage more stable the better
The parameters are fine but make sure they are holding and you aren’t jumping through hoops to get then where they are now
Stability is key

REEF is a 225 gallon 60" x 36" x 24" and lighting is 2 x 250w HQI halides, 1 x ecotech radion gen 5 XR30 pro and 4 x 80w T5... should be good on lighting... flow is 2 x ecotech vortech MP40s, 2 x neptune wav pumps and return pumps is a exotech M1... hope flow is good.

You should be fine then, just make sure if you get acros that you can see their polyps getting blown around they shouldnt ever be sitting still.
