I bought my tank as a ready-made system yesterday and installed it at my home. In the morning, the water was cloudy like this. Ammonia test measurement was 0.15 base, nitrite test measurement was 0.5 ceiling, I added microbacter start xlm additive into it, but it did not improve yet. What should I do?

Welcome to R2R! Are you saying the bottom-photo is how the display tank looked as the previous owner had it (beautiful!), then you broke it down, moved it to your home, and now (top photo) it's initially cloudy?
