Hey all.
Finally decided to get back into the hobby since stopping in 2016 and got myself a little Waterbox 20, which arrived today.

Gonna be interesting doing a nano as I’m used to much bigger tanks but should be fun nonetheless.

For now it’s lying on my desk waiting for waterbox to fix a stand issue. They send me 2xB2 panels instead of one B1 and B2.

Lights and other goodies should all be arriving next week.

Water tested the tank today…. And it’s leaking. So all in all not a good experience with this company.

Gonna dump it and go for a redsea 170 instead.

That’s ironic ha Red Sea are notorious for terrible quality tanks too.

Best of luck

Yup but better than the water box tank and stand I got and lousy customer service to sort out issues.

Needless to say both stand and tank went in the trash.

Got myself a Redsea 170 instead.
Stand is a much better build quality and finish and so is the tank and plumbing.

But tank brands are like cars, to each his own and sometimes you buy a lemon.

Nope, the water box tank and stand I received was rubbish and got put out with the trash a couple of days later after I gave up on their customer service.
Wow, that's unfortunate. That same tank has been on my shortlist for my next nano build, but this definitely causes me some pause....

Nah, don’t let that stress you out.
Loads of good reviews on the tank and product as a whole from other reefers.

I just had a bad experience with them from the get go and their customer service support team wasn’t great. As I didn’t want to deal with that going forward I made a switch but sure you would be happy with a similar model.
