Hey Everyone,

Starting back up in the hobby again after a few (freshwater) years off. Decided I should do a build thread this go around to help keep up with things.
Decided to go the AIO route and to get it in the Living Room, wife approved , the stand had to be White.
So we decided to go with the Waterbox 50.3 AIO.
Love the tank so far, glass is high quality and the stand is well built.

Tank /Equipment:
Waterbox 50.3(of course)
Lights: AI Hydra 32 (2) with Aqua Illumination Mounts
Skimmer: Aquamaxx WS-1
Return Pump: Sicce Syncra Silent 2.0
Flow: Jebao SLW-30 (1) may go with another depending on what coral i decide to add
Hygger 300W heater
Controls:
Neptune Apex Classic with Temp, Ph, ORP probes
FMM module with leak detector.
Crystal ATO container by Trigger systems. 5 gallon

Not sure exactly how many pounds of rock , but its a mix of Marco and old dead "live" rock.

Currently the tank is in week 5 of cycle... a little cloudy right now with Amonia reading at 0.50ppm. All other levels are right where we need to be.
Starting to get some real nice Brown algae growth on the rock.

Lights are on Leon Tan's AI preset schedule and i added about 15% moonlight.

Here are a couple pics.
Setup the controller board and added some cheap LEDs for a little pop. I'm sure i'll play around with cable management , but it looks good enough for me right now. :)
Thanks for checking it out!

Well, after 6 weeks i finally have a 0ppm reading on Ammonia! Time to add some fish!
Anyone have any reef safe recommendations? Def gonna get a clown pair of some sort, but what else? Need some activity in there until i start adding coral.

Not aggressive? Very pretty fish, kinda high on the pricetag for damsels
no aggression that I've seen. I keep him with a clownfish, three green chromis, lawnmore blenny, yellow watchman goby, cleaner shrimp and a pistol shrimp. The clownfish rules the tank. He's a fun fish usually front and center. He's a little pricey but it's hard to find that combination of colors in a reef safe none aggressive fish.

What device do you recommend for testing the water?

Finally decided to order an orange filter clip on for my phone, so here are some pics. All from today.
Tank has been on cruise control now for about 3 months after a battle with Cyano..

More pics!!!!!
Nothing really going on in the tank, just adding a few more pieces here and there. Running out of room.
Did add an MP10, will see how everything reacts.
