Yes Get a piece of 3/4" plywood to put down as a sub floor. You can put shims along the underside of the plywood edges to pre level the tank/stand. Set up tank and fine tune the adjustable feet as needed.
Also recommend getting plastic composite wedges vs the pine wood ones you linked. Can get at any Home Depot or Lowes. Composite wedges wont be effected by moisture swelling if wet or dry out, but most important they are stronger and will not dent under the heavy load if you using directly under the tiny feet posts.
