I’m on week 9 of waiting for my waterbox 190.5 and every time I call the they have no update. Just the same answer of high demand etc. they didn’t have a problem taking my 5 grand though

How long have you waited for their larger aquariums to ship after ordering?

On week 19 of mine and they have my money also. I think the "Shipping policy " statement ship has sailed.

I was going to look at their big tank, after reading all this, I'm staying away. There is one guy pad $11,000 for it, hope he gets his tank. That's a lot of money.

I ordered my Infinia Reef 190 January 15th and get the same "no information yet" response whenever I ask them about it. I understand there are shipping delays and the Chinese new year holding things back but its frustrating for sure.

I ordered my 190.5 the first week of January and I just got an ETA of May 12 to 22nd.. hope they get back to you soon. Definitely a bit longer than 4-6 weeks lol It´ll be 20 weeks if its that 2nd week of May which is crazy.

I ordered a WB Infinia Reef Peninsula 7225 last week. I was out on Red Sea due to previous failures. I started seeing all this about prolonged wait times and debated canceling my order for an Innovative Marine as I’m just not a patient guy. I just got a notification today that my tank is shipping next week. I’m assuming they just had the model I ordered sitting around. So……on my way to go buy some lotto tickets ha!
