First one is a ball anemone, the second is an aiptasia.
Thank you so much, do you believe that i should manually remove them? I have hermits and bubble rose anemone and some zoas , im going to start getting blennys and shrimp would they be fine with them?

Absolutely remove the aiptasia. It's the king of pests. The ball anemone is up to you.
