Weird looking shrimp or parasite?

i’ve noticed a couple of these in my tank. Does anyone know what this is and is it harmful? if it’s harmful, what is the best way to remove from reef tank?

I also found this in my Nyos TORQ Reactor. Is this the same thing or different. Any thoughts

Again looks to be a spaghetti worm and bristle worm, neither are parasites.
