Thanks Kris! I really need to find something new to do I see! I think I could exsersie alot. I have a pass to the Private Gym here at the house. It's free for me to use 24/7. Maybe I should try that.

I think I eat a well balanced meal, I generally will eat a meal that consist of a meat(medium rare most often), vegetable, and 1-2 side dishes aswell, I always have a small salad to eat aswell. Is my diet wrong?

And thanks! Those pictures I posted I felt were pretty bad...the Iso and focus looked awful IMO...

Def exercise! Get your girl and figure out the best exercise ;) I wouldn't intake that much red meat. I know it sounds like something you've heard many times but let me put it to you this way. A month ago I heard Bill Clinton is now a vegan. Thats a man I respect! Red meat is very possibly very unhealthy. Check the link below

Just think about all the stuff they are pumping into those cows your eating. They are not natural cows and eating all the hormones, antibiotics, etc etc very well might cause cancer. Do you think the meat packers are gonna tell you that? **** NO! Beef is produced like any industrial product, without looking at the human and environmental impact. Did you know most of the cow sold is fed corn? When cows eat corn their microbial content of their rumen changes to mosly E. Coli. Thats why they need to use antibiotics and chemicals to treat the meat. When you begin to feed a corn fed E. coli cow grass again, its microbial content will be back to normal in 3 days. I wouldn't want to put that crap in my body everyday!

And your photos look awesome bro I don't know what your talking about! You need to give me some lessons sometime lol.

Haha

I didn't know red meat was so bad? I generally will eat a steak medium rare, I like the juice it has to offer...it's to dry after I cook it any longer. I do also consume ALO of chicken, on friday evenings, I take:

Chicken chopped up, cook it with onions, green peppers, red peppers, make a mix of seasoning to flavor it.
, then I take chips, set those down on a plate, make some rice, put that on top of the chips, and then put the chicken mix on top of that. THEN I take and melt down some Queso cheese, mix in a lil milk and eat that...makes me hungry talking about it!

But I was totally un aware of all of the down falls to red meat, that is a huge shocker to me.

Lol, thanks again, I need new camera equipment!

Mmmmmm I've been trying to stay away from meats but I was losing too much weight. I do like to eat chicken and burgers a lot! I wish I had more food here at the aquaculture facility!

Have you had your testosterone levels checked? I felt like you described a couple of months ago, just worn down feeling all the time. I went to the doc and they did a lot of blood work and said my testosterone was a little low. I got a prescription and I feel much better. I'm not going to say that I have energy like a teenager again like the commercials advertise. I am 40 so I don't expect to have that kind of energy again. LOL. But I do feel much better.

Coenzyme Q10 will also help you with your energy. Its naturally produced in the body and levels fall off as you get older. This coenzyme is responsible for producing energy directly. It catalyzes the reaction that forms ATP, which stores all your energy. The highest levels of CoQ10 are in your heart and your brain, the things that always need the most energy. I'm not trying to put down adding hormones to your body like testosterone because I don't know enough about that stuff to comment. I do think that CoQ10 and a complete vitamin daily with an extra B12 each day and some serious exercise will change your mood.

No offense, but why do so many people feel that when something is slightly off, that the doctor will have a magical pill ready for the rescue. Don't sweat it, everyone deserves a break and allowed to be lazy from time to time. Heck, I was in the slumps for roughly 4 months with zero desire to do anything besides work, eat, and sleep (and I'm only 29 years old). The day finally came when I told myself enough is enough. Set yourself a goal with a certain time frame and try to achieve it! In my case, my goal was to run 6 miles by the end of 2 months. I wasn't thinking about losing weight, or even being healthier or more energetic. I was solely thinking about achieving my goal so I wouldn't feel like a total looser. Luckily for me, it came with good side effects. Always remember: healthy mind is the start of a healthy body. A healthy body is jack without a strong mind. Good Luck!!

Thanks guys!

And mike, I just added salt to a 30 cube today...its sitting here right now mixing...

So if it is depression that is causing this, how can it be fixed?

You'd be surprised how much a none stop 2 mile walk a day will help and if you can do it make it a jog but the standard medical journal says it needs to be a minimum of 2 miles none stop and really you'd be surprised that's not that far and only takes about 30-40 minutes out of your day
