Hey everybody!
I guess I should have started with introducing myself awhile back but, here we are
everyone has been kind and helpful with my questions so far.
I’m brand spankin’ new to the saltwater hobby but not new to aquariums. I’ve kept freshwater aquariums ever since I was able to walk to an LFS as a kid! My most successful was an Oscar that would eat out of my hand, I finally donated him to a biology teacher when I was a junior in high school.
I’ve been dreaming and watching BRS videos for YEARS and now I finally have the time and space to finally startup
I bought a Tideline 47 awhile back and have been building an 80/20 extrusion stand for it but, my daughter is REALLY wanting some “goldie fish” (clownfish) and my wife has been wanting a Betta so I decided to put my Tideline on hold and use the stand for an IM20 and a UNS 30C for her Betta.
IM20 is scheduled for delivery today (6/23) but I won’t be setting it up until beginning of October, we have a week long vacation planned and I didn’t want to be away from it for a week being a complete noob.
So… you should be seeing some build threads from me after a while; the 80/20 stand, the IM20 and eventually the Tideline!
