Envy has a way of creating hate and resentment. After all, it's a baseline sin. That being said, I hate you and your beautiful reef tank [emoji4]

You need to move this to the general reef forum so more people will see it lol.
Blue hippos are notoriously ich magnets. Some fish will get it easier than others depending on health of fish. Feed food soaked in garlic extract and quarantine if possible Best of luck
Thank you for the info. Sorry I didn't mean to get on your thread about this.

I hate to say this but....

Man!. Your tank is gorgeous!. Wish you are my neighbour, getting a polyp of each sticks is enough for me.

Great looking tank!

Could you elaborate on the baking soda approach?
I'm curious how you (specifically) make the adjustment...all at once, dump x amount x times a day, doser, etc.
No kalk in the ATO? Water changes keep the CAL and MAG up enough?

Thanks
I use baking soda to keep my alk at 8. It will drop down to 6 due to the uptake of the corals and I top it up again.

Pretty incredible, and a seemingly simple maintenance regiment!

Do you use filter socks? Refugium? It sounds like skimming and water changes are your primary sources of waste export?

Keep up the amazing work!
