What’s wrong with my tank?

There we go, reef flux…..
While it works, ammonia spikes and low oxygen can occur through rapid die off.
Why should I continue to do? I did about a 60% worth of water changes over the last 2 days to bring ammonia down.

Yeah, I’m now feeding pellets, and frozen food, pellets in the morning, and frozen at night, I’m trying to make sure I’m feeding more than I think I need. And the clowns were trying to host anything.
Some foods to consider as they need meats are LRS fish frenzy, mysis shrimp, plankton and chopped krill. I have several breeding pairs and the diet contributes to their health and fertility, and not just mine but in general. Some foods to consider

While they eat flakes and pellets , its not a complete diet. They need meats and fats and I still would like to know what foods are being fed. No need to question that
I agree it's not a complete diet. I recommended more Pellets to put on weight fast.
This is what OP is Feeding. Frozen is Mysis.

"I’m feeding about an eighth of a frozen cube tenth of a frozen cube a day, and a pinch of pellets every couple of days. Sorry if this isn’t enough, I’ve struggled with high nutrients in the past and was trying to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue."

That’s great. What is ammonia now?
Dose some bacteria daily will help.

Sorry, I didn’t know, but I’ll do better now. Is feeding heavy on pellets in the morning, and frozen mysis at night enough?

Thanks, however since I’m dealing with ammonia, should I feed less into everything stabilizes?
Reduce amount fed and do 2-3 gallon water changes daily for 10 days and retest
How are you resting ammonia?
