What’s your light settings, tweaks, updates

With the options of 7 channels picking the right options for the light becomes a bit conflicting on look and overall par readings ( specially with growth)
I wanted to see what others were doing and The type of tank they have (sps dominate, LPS, or mixed reef)

I been hoping to find the best sunrise look and sunset but keeping a good amount for sps growth.
Think this will be a good reference for others on what settings works for or even a acclimation setting to the new lights
