I currently have an algae outbreak of multiple species, but i need help identifying them and knowing how to treat them with. Theres some cyanobacteria or diatoms from the looks of it to me. Ammonia levels are great, nitrites and nitrates are extremely low as well. I have an RBT Anemone in the tank as well, which serves as my indicator if something is wrong as well. He is healthy, with bright colors and bubbled tips.

How often do you clean your glass
Looks like it just hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Glass will always get algae film that will grow into algae if you don’t remove it early

I can’t tell what’s going on with the rock. What is the tubing behind it?

Pic 3 again looks like algae build up on glass where it meets the sand. Also common. Needs to be scraped off

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
