Ok so i have my heart set on a 92 gallon tank but the more i see these custom boxes with amazing space the more i am unsure. The measurements are 33 inches x 31 inches corner...see amazing sketch below and real pics of the spot. Just wanna know if that was your space...What Would You Do???

If it was my space I would go with a custom 30"x30"x20" tank. I have never been a fan of the corner tanks. The curve of the glass just screws with me. I love cube tanks and I think that would be the perfect spot for one.

Yeah nothing would be a sweet as custom designed tank!! Thanks for the input!!

yeah i agree with xmetalfan. Im not a fan of bow fronts, and i think after you had one for awhile you wouldn't be a fan either. I am however partial of a cube tank. 30"x 30" would be awesome. It'd be cutting it close to 31" with your wall there though. I hope you took your baseboard into effect with the tank. that takes away 1/2" from both measurements if you didn't.

No i didnt even think about the base boards - so a 30x30 would probably be right up to the edge of the hallway...not too bad.

What i would do in that corner is a 5' tall cylinder tank with jellyfish :)

I would find it hard to believe that you want this tank pushed up against the wall on both sides... I would always give myself an inch or more of room on all sides. I would say you'd be best getting something a little smaller.

Well my plan was to get it as close as possible because there is an outlet on one of the walls....i wanted to cut out a small square in the stand and allow the outlet accessible.

lol jellyfish cylinder does sound kool, but i think they would get boring after awhile.. but i think a tall tank would look alot nicer in that space, but a cube is still sexy so im no help. =]

Thanks for being so decisive lol j/k Yeah i thought about a tall tank but my only issue with that would be reaching in, cleaning, aquascaping, etc...plus i am not that tall Lol.

lol get a step stool or a mini ladder! but for real, i like those setups alot.. similar to the front display at marine warehouse, but yours could be alot nicer and with less dieing coral.. lol

I can see it now...super nice looking. BTW the piece is a setosa. I have a nice little piece too, the glow super bright!!

i knew i recently saw it somwhere on here lol.. not to derail, but does it grow fast?

No worries on derail - When i first got it, it was a tiny frag and my tank wasnt very consistent. As it got a little bigger, it started to grow faster and then when i got the MP10...it has really taken off.

so it needs more powerful lighting, or does it still grow in lower light intensity?

I have always had my setosa in the upper part of my tank....usually in the middle of the tank right under my 150w MH. Heres a pic - It's kind of far away but ill try to get a closer pic soon
